Armed police were forced to clear hundreds of drunken Brits from a party strip in Magaluf this morning after they refused to go home.
More than 500 mainly British holidaymakers had to be moved on by officers as they ignored a new 1am curfew and continued partying outside the landmark Capitol Bar in Punta Ballena.
Police moved in as a drunk Brit who had jumped on a moving vehicle fell to the ground and fellow holidaymakers surrounded the car and started banging on it with their fists and open hands, according to island newspaper Ultima Hora.
Luckily, there were no immediate reports of any injuries or arrests.
Last month Spanish police pepper-sprayed jubilant England fans on the Punta Ballena strip during the nation's Euro 2020 semi-final win over Denmark.

Armed officers with truncheons at the ready were filmed marching down the neon-lit strip and ordering celebrating tourists off the road and onto the pavement.
One used his pepper spray on a bare-chested Brit who was pushed to the kerb as his colleagues walked past others who broke off singing: ‘Football’s coming home’ to jeer them as they appeared.
Several partygoers could be seen pulling up their T-shirts to cover their mouths and rubbing their eyes in obvious discomfort as they left the area moments later

Although pepper spray is understood to have been used this morning, Ultima Hora pointed the blame at unruly British tourists who it said were letting off canisters themselves.
Local town hall-employed police and Civil Guard could not be reached for comment.

Bars and restaurants were ordered to shut at 1am as existing closure times were brought forward by an hour.
The number of people who could share a table was also reduced.
