Armed police and force helicopter called to disturbance in Wollaton

Armed police and a force helicopter were called to a residential Wollaton street following a report of a disturbance.

Officers were called at around 9.30pm on Sunday, April 28, to Brindley Road.

A Nottinghamshire Police spokesman added: "After attending the address, officers were satisfied that no offences have been committed."

He confirmed armed police and a helicopter were called to the scene.

Officers had left by Monday morning (April 29).
