Armed cops swoop on Fife disturbance as man arrested

A man has been arrested after armed cops swooped on a incident in a town in Fife.

Police were called to reports of a disturbance involving two men - one of which was cuffed - at a house in Waggon Road, Leven, around 2.55pm on Tuesday July 7.

Shocked locals reported a heavy police presence and say part of the residential street has been blocked off.

Pictures show two officers outside what appears to be the door of a property.
