Armed police have swarmed a street in the south side of Glasgow in response to a report of concern for a person.
Pictures shared on social media show dozens of police vehicles on Battlefield Avenue, off Battlefield Road, and armed police outside tenement buildings on the street.
Meanwhile, it's been reported residents in the area have been told to keep their windows shut.
Police say 'there is no risk to the wider public'.
A Police Scotland spokesperson confirmed to Glasgow Live: "Officers are currently in attendance at a property on Battlefield Avenue, Glasgow, following a report of a concern for a person.
"The incident is contained and there is no risk to the wider public."
