Armed police have been called to an ‘ongoing incident’ in Buckie amid reports of a man in a standoff with cops.
Emergency services remain at the scene in the town’s Barfield Road with a cordon put in place to block off the street.
A video circulating online appears to show a man inside a property talking to an armed officer outside.
The incident is understood to have been ongoing for several hours - with pictures first emerging from the area around 6am on Sunday.
Police Scotland have been contacted for comment.
