Armand Gnanduillet takes part in Hearts training as Robbie Neilson's men prepare for St Mirren

Hearts continued their preparations for the weekend's trip to face St Mirren with a training session at the Oriam.

Robbie Neilson's men are off the back of a big 2-1 win over Celtic but know they'll need to beat St Mirren on Saturday to really take advantageous of that.

John Souttar scored the winner after Anthony Ralston had cancelled out Gary Mackay-Steven's early opener to the delight of the 5000 Jambos in attendance.

But now all eyes are on St Mirren and the Celtic game needs forgotten about, with there arguably being a target on Hearts' back now after that win.

And it's always a bit of a fiery one when Hearts and St Mirren meet with no love lost between the fans - and it was also the destination of Hearts' last game in the Premiership before they were relegated in 2020.

It was a 1-0 defeat on that night but Hearts are in a much stronger position now and will hope they can get service to their frontmen.

And that includes Frenchman Armand Gnanduillet who was part of the squad training at the Oriam today.

The Tynecastle side are likely to start with Liam Boyce as their main striker in the game but Gnanduillet will be hoping to get his first goal in the top flight.
