Armadale Thistle and Whitburn have both tied up the contracts of some key players for next season as the East of Scotland Conference X’s top two sides prepare to meet each other this weekend.
The Burnie, who occupy top spot and boast a one point advantage as well as a game in hand over Thistle, saw top scorer Reece Duncan commit to the club for next season, as well as Darren Tomaszewski.
Whitburn boss Darren Wilson also signed Cowdenbeath youngster Lennon Watson on loan for the rest of the season.
Armadale, meanwhile, have announced seven members of the current squad have agreed deals for next season.
Robbie Feeney, John James Henderson, Fraser Horn, Fraser Keast, Stuart McLeod, Tomas Murhpy, and Sammy Watson have all committed their futures to the Volunteer Park side.
