The oldest celebrity to ever take part in I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here, dancer and choreographer Arlene Phillips, has opened up about being an older mum.
Chatting to her fellow campmates 78-year-old Arlene, who used to be a judge on Strictly Come Dancing, told them that she used to "dread" taking her daughter to school.
Arlene has two children – daughter Alana from her first marriage to fashion designer Danny Nobel and second daughter Abi from her second marriage to set designer Angus Ion whom she is currently married to.

She became pregnant with Abi aged 47 and said that many people thought she was Abi's grandmother and not her mother.
She that she did not enjoy taking Abi to school when she was younger. “My daughter Abi I remember dreading, absolutely dreading taking her to school, aged four, and having to explain: ‘No, I’m her mother – not her grandmother'."
The dancing star also told the other celebrities that she encountered a rude obstetrician while at a mother and baby class with Abi as he told her she would have to "understand" what it is like to be a mother again.
She said: "My obstetrician came up and whispered – I can never forget this – he knelt down and said: ‘Have no fear it will get better because you really should be a grandmother, so you’re going to have to find ways to understand how to be a mother again.’”
Arlene also explained how couldn't believe she was pregnant with Abi and put the symptoms and signs down to going through menopause.
The other celebrities comforted and reassured Arlene. Loose Woman panellist Frankie Bridge said: "The fact that she’s here, she’s 78, going through all of this with us, she’s still dancing around and I imagine back then she was exactly the same. I get where she’s coming from but I don’t think she’s got anything to worry about.”
During the series of I'm A Celebrity Arlene has threatened to quit the show after feeling she could not join Main Camp after being in the Clink while on Tuesday she won 10 out of 11 stars in the Bed Chamber of Chills trial with Paralympian Kadeena Cox.
