Arknights Endfield introduces new gear tier, more free pulls, and QoL changes

The launch version of Arknights: Endfield is almost over, which means it’s time to learn more about what’s in store in the next update. Apart from the new story, character banners, and events, the next update also introduces a new tier of gear, as well as multiple quality-of-life improvements.

In the Dev Log on March 1, Hypergryph revealed that, as you explore new areas in version Old Deep Water Dies, by Rising Tide It is Denied of Arknights: Endfield, you’ll be able to mine a new resource called Cuprium Ore. The ore requires a Hydro Mining Rig, which runs on water, like almost all things in Wuling.

Cuprium Ore is a part of a whole new production line, featuring Cuprium Parts and Cuprium Components, which are required to craft new gear. New gear primarily includes updated existing pieces, like Hot Work, Bonekrusha, and Frontiers sets.

According to the developer, the new sets offer stat bonuses comparable to the current top-quality gear but offer more options. While no more details were revealed, the new sets likely offer new stat combinations that may replace some of the sub-optimal pieces you’re currently using.

Following up on its earlier promise of including additional sources for headhunting resources in the early game, Hypergryph is adding standard banner pulls to basic and Originium tiers of the Protocol Pass, as well as adding them to the upcoming Stock Redistribution level upgrades. There’s also a Beginner’s Chartered Tribute event, awarding 10 event pulls.

This comes as part of multiple QoL improvements, which also include the Valley Multi-Line Engraving Kit. It allows you to choose all three stats when farming weapon essences in Valley IV. You can buy it from the Stock Redistribution shop, and the developer promises to introduce these kits to Wuling in future versions.

More Forges of the Sky to build in Wuling, improved buffer ranges for power lines, new Operators Tangtang and Rossi, and more are coming to Endfield with the Old Deep Water Dies, by Rising Tide It is Denied version on March 12.
