Arkansas fires head coach Chad Morris after embarrassing loss

The Arkansas Razorbacks have fired head coach Chad Morris after losing 45-19 to Western Kentucky.  The Razorbacks have been the worst team in the SEC the past two seasons. Morris and company went 4-18 during his tenure including four embarrassing losses to non-P5 schools.

The Razorbacks haven’t won an SEC game with Morris at the helm. With Morris gone, Arkansas can only do better.

Fortunately, Morris was fired and not fried. Arkansas will immediately being looking for new head coaching candidates along with FSU and Rutgers. We can only hope this man will be the next coach for the Razorbacks:

Arkansas has excellent tradition and a great fan base, so the Razorbacks will bounce back. It may take them several years to compete to any extent in the SEC West.
