Arjun Rampal’s girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades, who was into modeling in the past, recently opened up about beauty standards in the fashion industry and how it affected her.
Talking to Pinkvilla, Gabriella said that she wasn’t always comfortable in her own skin. The former model revealed that she used to be conscious about her hips as she felt they were slightly bigger than those of regular models. However, the star girlfriend also added that over the years she realised that her hips and thigh size are normal. It is the model industry’s standard size that is not normal.
Elaborating further, Gabriella added that she always knew she would do something with fashion. Her mother had a small label so she grew up around fashion. While it is unusual to wear things like jackets and boots in a humid city like Mumbai, Gabriella is reportedly obsessed with winter clothes.
Gabriella also went on to reveal that it is not she but Arjun who steals her clothes. According to her, she often tells him that many of his clothes can go well with hers and she listens. She also added that Arjun loves his stuff and doesn’t like to share.
The couple are proud parents of a baby boy named Arik.
