Ariana Grande approves of Eminem's daughter Hailie Jade Scott's Halloween costume

From Nina Dobrev dressing as Billie Eilish to Jessica Biel dressing as husband Justin Timberlake, Halloween this year has seen many stars pay homage to one another in fancy dress.

Now singer Ariana Grande has given a recent take on her signature look the nod of approval, as Eminem’s daughter Hailie Jade Scott shared pictures of herself dressed as the performer.

Jade shared two pictures of her Halloween costume yesterday, leaving no doubt who she was dressed as with a high ponytail, thigh high boots and a caption that included 7 Rings - a reference to Grande’s song (and chaotic tattoo) of the same name.

She also carried around a red lollipop, a reference to a lollipop Grande carried in a photo of herself and ex-fiance Pete Davidson that became a viral meme.

The picture, which has now amassed over 153,000 likes since being posted yesterday, quickly caught the attention of the singer. Grande, who also liked the post, left a simple black heart and ring emoji in response.

The influencer isn’t the first celebrity to take on Grande’s iconic look this year, as Kourtney Kardashian kicked off Halloween early with a powder pink outfit inspired by the singer. She shared a picture gallery on Instagram, which she also captioned after one of Grande’s songs “no tears left to cry”, and carried around a microphone.

She rounded off her look with a blonde ponytail and hair rings, with her fellow A-listers like Joan Smalls and Bella Hadid falling in love with the look down in the comments.

Hailie Jade Scott has chosen to steer clear of her father’s career as a rapper (though she has previously featured in his songs), instead choosing to pursue work as a professional influencer. With 1.8 million followers on Instagram, she regularly posts insights into her fitness routine, sense of style and beauty looks - as well as her Shiba Inu puppies.
