Pop superstar Ariana Grande is coming to Dublin this September with a series of long-awaited gigs as part of her Sweetener tour.
Ahead of the 3Arena shows, some very strict security measures have been announced.
Ticketmaster revealed the baggage rules earlier today, and they will be strictly enforced at the shows on September 22, 23 and 25.
It says: "We appreciate your help in creating the safest, most enjoyable experience for all of the fans attending the Sweetener World Tour. We look forward to seeing you soon."
The strict rules state:
- Each fan may carry one bag
- All bags must be 100% clear
- All bags must be made of clear plastic, vinyl or PVC
- Bags must not exceed 12"x6"x12" OR a one-gallon re-sealable clear freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
- If you have a medically necessary item, it will be permitted after a thorough inspection at a designated gate
- NO cameras or recording devices are permitted (phones with cameras ARE permitted)
Grande announced the measures for the tour following the tragic suicide bombing following her show in Manchester, England in May 2017.
There were around 139 people injured and 23 died in the heartless attack which targeted a show attended by many young children.
