The much anticipated World Cup qualifier between old rivals Argentina and Brazil has been postponed due to heavy rain in Buenos Aires.
The decision was made shortly before kick off. Much of the pitch was covered in large puddles. The match will now be played on Friday at 9pm local time (7pm ET, Midnight GMT).
The news will be unwelcome for both teams who are due to play again on Tuesday. Brazil will face Peru, while Argentina travel to Colombia.
Both teams have got off to poor starts to their campaigns, and sit outside the automatic qualifying places for the 2018 World Cup after two games.
