Argentina fan goes topless and could risk jail time after stripping off at World Cup final

An Argentina fan could face jail time after she went topless following Argentina's dramatic World Cup final win over France.

Shortly after the final whistle, eagle-eyed fans spotted a topless fan in attendance at the game.

The fan was picked up by cameras after Gonzalo Montiel's winning spot-kick. As the camera panned to the Argentinian crowd, a girl could be seen appearing to be wearing no top.

The lady in question had an Argentine jersey in her hand. And while she had her back to the camera, it appeared as though she was wearing no top.

Unsurprisingly, some observant supporters noticed the incident while watching on TV and took to Twitter to react to what they had just seen.

"Argentina lady fan was topless on TV," wrote one fan.

While another said, "Found it for you. Unsurprisingly, 'Argentina topless fan' is a trending search."

"Anyone else see the topless #Argentina fan in the crowd? I hope she doesn’t get in trouble," said another fan.

As Qatar is an extremely conservative country, the lawmakers aren't likely to take too kindly to scenes like this.

However, this hasn't been the first person to turn heads with revealing outfits this World Cup. Former Miss Croatia Ivana Knoll has stunned throughout the tournament with her revealing outfits.
