James "Arg" Argent has been warned it's his last chance with on-off girlfriend Gemma Collins following his recent relapse.
The former TOWIE star, 32, has revealed Gemma has given him a major wake-up call, and he's claimed he is now on his final warning with the self-proclaimed diva.
Gem, 39, has reportedly made it clear their relationship is "over for good" if he relapses again, and has given him an ultimatum about marriage and kids.
Arg sparked concern towards the end of last year as he reportedly suffered an overdose, which rocked his and Gemma's relationship.
The couple want to settle down and start a family together, but Arg accepts it will only happen if he stays clean, according to The Sun.
"I want to get married and have children. But I know if I was to relapse again, Gemma has made it clear to me that she's done everything that she possibly can," he revealed.
The telly personality claims Gemma doesn't have time to waste as she's in her late thirties - although she has previously admitted she wants kids when she turns 40 so she can commit to motherhood.
He continued: "And you've got to remember that Gemma's late thirties so she hasn't got time to be mucking about any more.
"She wants marriage and wants kids but if I relapse again or go downhill, it's done. It's finished," he added, revealing he is on his final warning.
A representative for Gemma has been contacted by Mirror Online for comment.
Gem has previously announced she would be holding off getting pregnant as she wanted to give motherhood "110 percent".
She told Mirror Online: "I'm not having a baby until I'm 40. I'm not broody. I have got so much on work-wise.
"If I was to have a baby, I would want to give it 110 per cent. I wouldn't want anyone else looking after my baby, I wouldn't leave it with anyone. My baby would come with me to work, to photo shoots, everywhere. I will be the ultimate full-on, hands-on mum."
The pair have been working on their strong on-off relationship after Gemma worriedly called the ambulance crew to Arg's house in November.
He was later rushed to hospital after the crew are said to have found him "out of it".
But Gem and Arg seem better than ever as they go from strength to strength to fix their relationship.
