Scott Arfield has signed a new one-year deal at Falkirk, meaning he will face his former club, Rangers, next season.
The midfielder joined John McGlynn's side in February and played his part in their recent promotion to the Scottish Premiership.
He initially signed a short-term contract at the Falkirk Stadium, but that has today been extended, and he will remain at the club until at least the summer of 2026.

"Scott made a huge impact after joining us on the last day of the January transfer window, the nine goals Scott got went along way to helping us achieve our goal, goals win games, and from his first game back from returning to the club and scoring a hat-rick he’s continued to add to that
"Scott has been very influential on the pitch and also off the pitch where his experience has helped us no end.
