Are you tough enough to take on an outdoor boot camp?

A new six week boot camp is to run in the stunning setting of Eglinton Country Park for FREE.

Aimed at anyone who wants to swap the gym for the chance to exercise in the great outdoors, the boot camp is a joint venture between KA Leisure, North Ayrshire Council and North Ayrshire Green Health Partnership.

So if you've been inspired by shows like SAS: Who Dares Wins and fancy improving your fitness then head along to the castle in the park on Tuesday, July 30 at 10am.
