At the last count, more than 4,000 people in the UK were over 100 years old and that figure is rising every year - it’s up by 65% in the last decade.
As more of us than ever are reaching triple figures, we are reaching out to people who’re over 100 years old to find out about the wisdom they have accumulated over their long lives.
We’d like to ask, what are the secrets of longevity? What makes for the best quality of life? What do you wish you’d spent your life doing more of and what are your greatest regrets? And what advice do you have for future centenarians?
