Wage increases faced a record decline in 2022, so will it start to look up this year? (ABC News: Sharon Gordon)

The rising cost of living has led many of us to rethink our finances.

Whether that's scrimping and saving where possible or picking up side hustles — we're doing all we can to survive or better yet, increase our spending power.

But where does an income boost sit in all of this?

We want to know: Are you expecting a wage increase this year? Do you expect it to be enough for you to keep paying all your living expenses? Will you have to cut back your spending? Or might you even need to sell your house or move to a cheaper rental?

Fill out the form below to share your story and our journalists may be in touch to investigate for either a TV, radio, digital or social media story.

We'll be using submissions to inform stories about wage increases and the cost of living.
