Are these the worst cooking fails ever?

At some stage we have all cooked enough spaghetti for the whole neighbourhood, burnt our pizza to a new level of thin and crispy, or poached and egg to smithereens.

But have you ever baked your glasses into a loaf, or managed to make your very own molten lava?
