Are the Steelers long shots to win the Super Bowl?

When the dust settles on the NFL season, there is one champion and 31 teams who wonder what went wrong. If you don’t make the playoffs, it simply jumpstarts the process of breaking down areas to improve and try to make it the next time.

This is the position the Pittsburgh Steelers find themselves in after missing the playoffs in 2018. Every team hopes to improve in the offseason but there are questions about just how much better or worse the Steelers are. This makes their Super Bowl line of 25/1 somewhat reasonable.

As of now, the New England Patriots remain the favorites at 6/1. Other AFC teams with better odds than the Steelers include the Kansas City Chiefs, Cleveland Browns and Indianapolis Colts.

It’s hard to look at the Steelers as anything but a risky pick. But we are hopeful as the offseason progresses and we see how the defense comes together with all these new players, confidence will continue to come up for this team.

We pass the question on to you. Are the Steelers longshots to win the Super Bowl this year?
