Easter weekend has arrived and hopefully everyone has stocked up the cupboards, but if you’re start to run out of essentials you may be wondering if the shops will be back open on Easter Monday.
Many supermarkets will be closed on Easter Sunday and some people will need to venture out on Monday.
With the UK currently on lockdown due to the coronavirus, people have been asked to keep shopping to a minimum, and are only allowed to go out when absolutely necessary to buy essential food and medicine.
The shops were busy on Good Friday with big queues spotted at stores across Liverpool so hopefully everyone has enough to keep going for a few days.
But if you do need to do a shop again on Easter Monday, the good news is the stores will be back open, but opening times will be reduced.
