Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2025 Bride and fashionista Carina Mirabile has addressed the rocky rumours surrounding her friendship with polarising Big Brother Australia 2025 housemate Holly Young.
With Holly making a splash in the Big Brother Australia house, the rumour mill has been in overdrive with her famous connections. One of her biggest connections before the Dreamworld sharehouse was Carina Mirabile, who appeared in MAFS earlier this year.
However, according to Daily Mail Australia, the besties’ friendship fizzled out after Holly walked out on Carina after a massive argument.
“It’s not a little tiff. Holly fucked Carina over hard,” an insider told the publication.
“What happened between them is something Carina will never forgive.”
Another anonymous source added that what Holly did “felt like a betrayal” for Carina and left the 2025 bride “furious”.
“This friendship is done. There’s no coming back from this,” the insider added.
With Holly living her (barely) best life in the Big Brother Australia house, the 31-year-old has not addressed the rumours of a feud. However, at the 2025 TikTok Awards, Carina decided to address this heated rumour.
Speaking to PEDESTRIAN.TV on the 2025 TikTok Awards, Carina wished Holly the best in the Big Brother house and admitted that they’re no longer friends.
“We had a really long friendship and we’ve done so much together,” she dished to PT.V.
“We unfortunately are no longer friends anymore but I wish her all the best and I wish her all the luck on Big Brother because I feel like she needs it.”
Insiders also claimed that Big Brother Australia producers reached out to her for a potential intruder reunion moment with Holly in the house. When asked about this claim, Carina said she couldn’t comment. However, she is interested in stepping into the house in the future.
“I can’t comment on that [claim], but it would be some amazing content if I was thrown in there as a bombshell,” Carina laughed.
“I would not be opposed to being an intruder on Big Brother, ‘cos she doesn’t know what’s going on in the outside world so, you know. It would be interesting.
“I’m the complete opposite of how Holly is! I’m the complete opposite.”
It’s still not exactly known what exactly caused the rift between these two divas. But something tells me we’ll find out as soon as Holly leaves the house, unless Australia saves her this Sunday.
