Kara Swisher of the Wall Street Journal's Boom Town blog has offered up the observation that most Facebook apps are inane. She got a lot of pushback from commenters, which she sums up in this post, as well as linking to two other posts about the apps. And she's pleasantly surprised that blogger Robert Scoble agrees.
