The air ambulance was called after a crash in Co Down on Saturday afternoon.
The crash involved a car and a motorcycle on the Ardglass Road in Downpatrick.
The motorcyclist was taken to hospital, however, his injuries are not thought to be serious.
A PSNI spokesman said: "Police are dealing with a collision involving a car and a motorcycle on Ardglass Road, Downpatrick.
"A male motorcyclist has been taken to hospital for injuries that are not thought to be life threatening."
