The Arab Parliament condemned on Tuesday the malicious campaign targeting Saudi Arabia, reported the Saudi Press Agency.
Convening during a regular session in Riyadh, it approved a resolution calling for full solidarity with the Kingdom and rejecting the campaign.
The parliament categorically rejects the “biased campaign against Saudi Arabia, any attempt to undermine or threaten it or target its reputation and status.”
Such a campaign, it added, is based on false information and misguided sources.
It reiterated its full solidarity with Saudi Arabia against sides seeking to undermine its sovereignty and reputation, saying it is a major country in the Arab and Muslim world.
It lauded the Kingdom's positive role in supporting peace and stability in the Arab world and neighboring countries, stressing its keenness to support Arab countries.
