The Saudi-led Arab coalition intercepted and downed on Monday morning an armed drone fired by the Iran-backed Houthi terrorist militias in Yemen towards the Kingdom.
Coalition spokesman Colonel Turki al-Malki accused the Houthis of deliberately firing the drone at civilian locations in Khamis Mushait city.
He said the Houthis’ repeated attempts to attack civilians are war crimes, stressing that the coalition was taking the necessary measures to protect civilians in line with international humanitarian law.
