Arab Coalition: 2 Houthi Ballistic Missiles Crash in Yemen’s Amran, Saada

The Saudi-led Arab coalition announced that the terrorist Iran-backed Houthi militias fired on Tuesday morning two ballistic missiles from Yemen’s Sanaa province.

Coalition spokesman Colonel Turki al-Malki said Tuesday the Houthis launched the missiles from residential areas.

One rocket crashed 121 kilometers away, in the Amran province, and the second, 148 kilometers away, in the Saada province.

Malki accused the Houthis of continuing to violate international humanitarian law by firing ballistic missiles that arbitrarily crash in civilian and residential areas, threatening the lives of hundreds of people.

These hostile acts are a violation of the ceasefire declared by the coalition on April 9, he declared, revealing that the militias have breached the truce more than 2,400 times using all forms of light and heavy weapons and ballistic missiles.

The coalition will continue to take firm deterrent measures to destroy the Houthis’ ballistic capabilities to protect the Yemeni people and regional and international security, he vowed.
