There aren’t many training courses that offer a guaranteed job interview at the end of it, but The Corporate Travel Academy does just that.
It is offering the chance for 18 people to attend a six-week training course delivered by South Eastern Regional College , based in Lisburn , that will give them the skills and qualifications to become Corporate Travel Consultants . At the end of the course there will be the opportunity to work with either Selective Travel Management or Jurys Inn in Belfast.
So if you have a passion for travel, have good organisational skills and are a people person then a future career in corporate travel could be for you. As a Corporate Travel Consultant you will work with high end clients to organise their flights, accommodation, hospitality and manage events for a wide range of customers.
You will gain industry recognised qualifications as well as £150 per week plus travel expenses as well as potential assistance with childcare costs while training. If successful at job interview stage qualified consultants will receive a starting salary of £17,000 increasing to £22,000 with experience and target earnings.
All you need to apply is an HND, Foundation Degree or equivalent level 5 qualification in any discipline.
