Apprentice star says he tried to ‘seduce’ Celebs Go Dating co-star Liam Reardon on boozy Cyprus trip

The Apprentice's Navid Sole has confessed he tried to "seduce" his Celebs Go Dating co-star, Love Island 2021 winner Liam Reardon. The 28-year-old, who hoped he'd secure a business partnership with Lord Alan Sugar earlier this year, said that he made the attempt during a boozy evening when the cast flew to Cyprus.

Navid revealed: “To be honest with you, there is one sexy celebrity on the show. He's sexy as hell. I fancy Liam. Let's be real. I was trying my luck with Liam, but unfortunately I think he's 100 percent straight. I tried to seduce him, but unfortunately that didn't work. For me, he is the type."

He then admitted that the pair had a "friendly cuddle and kiss" off camera and it will therefore, not make the final cut of this year’s series of the show. Navid continued, during an interview with The Sun: “It happened mostly with Cyprus. I think we had just had too much to drink. The trip was amazing. We all got on really well.”

Liam is a late addition to the show, which started on Monday, November 28, and appears following his split with his Love Island 2021 co-winner, Millie Court. The couple split earlier in 2022 but recently Liam, who is from Merthyr Tydfil, said a reconciliation in the future wasn't unthinkable. The bricklayer has said he "hasn't ruled out" rekindling a romance with Millie. On whether they could get back together in the future Liam told : "Never say never. Maybe one day in the future we’ll rekindle. But for now I just need to do my own thing and be on my own path."
