Apple TV Plus in the UK: How to watch for free plus shows and subscription price

Netflix now has a new rival in the UK with Apple TV+ finally landing on these shores after months of build-up.

The tech giant's new streaming service went live in more than 100 countries on November 1 and will house a number of original shows and movies.

Apple hopes to take on giants such as Netflix and Amazon with its first foray into the streaming business, and represents a shift in the company's outlook as it moves towards services instead of relying on hardware sales.

Here's all you need to know about Apple TV+.
