Apple is trying to trademark iPodcast

EXCLUSIVE: Apple Trademark Office docs point to REAL reasons for" Podcast" controversy says Russell Shaw's bog at ZD Net.

Basically, he searched the trademark section of the US Patent and Trademark Office website and found Aople trying, in a somewhat blundering way, to trademark iPodcast. No surprise, then, if it's getting litigious about the use of podcasting (below), which it didn't invent, and to which it has no moral rights at all.
