Apple announces new notebooks

"Chief Executive Steve Jobs (news - web sites) said on Tuesday the company had launched three new laptop computers before the key holiday selling season," reports Reuters. "The new machines will be faster and better-equipped versions of existing laptops with 12-inch, 15-inch and 17-inch screens, Jobs said during a keynote speech at the Apple Expo."
