On October 7, 2025, around 2:47 a.m., Upper Southampton Police responded to a residence after a female occupant reported an intruder. The victim, 25, told officers she woke up to find Fisher restraining her on her bed. When she screamed, he released her and fled the room.
According to the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, the suspect then briefly struggled with the victim’s mother in the hallway before escaping through the kitchen and an attached garage. Residents noted a black sedan speeding away from the scene. The motive for the attack is not yet clear, but the District Attorney stressed that Fisher was a stranger to the family.
A subsequent search of the victim’s room revealed unsettling evidence: investigators found a large kitchen knife in the victim’s bed, and a 12-foot extension cord on the floor, suggesting the potential for a far more violent outcome. The stolen items included the victim’s identification, credit cards, a U.S. passport, and the crucial pair of AirPods.
The “FindMy” breakthrough
After the crime, investigators utilized Apple’s “FindMy” feature on the stolen AirPods. The real-time signal allowed officers to track the suspect’s route from Upper Southampton, down the Pennsylvania Turnpike, and into the Philadelphia area, where the signal became stationary.
Coordinating with the Philadelphia Police Department, officers located a black 2014 Kia Forte matching the description of the fleeing vehicle. By remotely activating an audible tone on the AirPods via the FindMy app, officers confirmed the AirPods’ presence inside the car, revealing Fisher, who was resting within the vehicle.
Philadelphia Police detained and Upper Southampton Police formally arrested him. Law enforcment impounded his vehicle for a search. During questioning, Fisher reportedly made “substantive admissions” to the facts of the case.
Fisher was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Corryn L. Kronnagel and is currently held at the Bucks County Correctional Facility on $250,000 bail, set at a 10 percent cash option. Police continue to investigate and urge anyone with further information to contact the Upper Southampton Township Police Department.
