Appeal to trace vulnerable woman who went missing from Glasgow nightclub

An appeal has been launched to trace a woman who went missing from a nightclub in Glasgow.

Emily Hope, 22, was last seen in Mango on Sauchiehall Street at 2am last night, when she left the venue on her own.

She is understood to be without her bag and her mobile phone.

Emily is described as white, around 5 ft 3ins in height and of slim build. She wears glasses and has shoulder-length brown hair. When she was last seen she was wearing a red jacket, a black and white top, grey trousers and red shoes.

Emily usually lives in Jordanhill but she has not returned there or contacted her family.

Inspector Gavin Smith at Partick Police Station said: “Emily's family and friends are now very concerned for her welfare and we need to make sure she is safe as soon as possible. If anyone has seen her since 2am on Saturday 22 February, please call us on 101 quoting reference number 1448 of 22nd February."
