Appeal to help trace 16-year-old missing from Castlemilk

Police are appealing for information to help trace a teenager missing from the Castlemilk area of Glasgow.

Brendan Collins, 16, was last seen around 1pm on Saturday, 22 February in Castlemilk.

He is described as being 5ft 10in tall with medium length dark hair.

He was last seen wearing black glasses, a Rangers top, a navy tracksuit and white trainers.

Sergeant Gary Bone from Cathcart Police Station, said: “We are concerned for his welfare and we need to ensure he is safe.

“If anyone has seen him at any time since 1pm today (Saturday, 22 February) please contact us".

Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident 2174 of 22 February.

Update: Brendan Collins has now been found.
