Appeal to help trace 14-year-old missing from Airdrie

Police are seeking assistance from the public to help trace a 14-year-old missing from Airdrie.

Kieran O'Reilly left his address in the Plains area of Airdrie on Friday evening (December 27) and hasn't returned.

There have been possible sightings of Kieran in the Clydebank area over the weekend, Lanarkshire Police report.

While Glasgow City Centre police believe the youngster may have travelled to the city centre.

Kieran was wearing a black jacket, grey Nike trainers and red Lacoste tracksuit bottoms when he left.

Anyone with information is asked to contact 101, quoting incident number 3351 of the 27th December 2019.
