Appeal to help children of woman found dead in Perthshire

A fundraising plea has been made for the children of a Perthshire woman who was found dead earlier this month.

Michelle Lizanec (44), from Scone, was discovered at a house in Inchture on February 13.

Her pals Suzanne Cunningham and Robert Dow are now looking for support for her three children.

They have set up a GoFundMe page to raise money for the costs of her funeral or headstone.

So far the pair have raised £755 of their £1000 target.

They said: “We are all in a place that is hard right now and we feel a little extra to help them to go towards a headstone or funeral costs or even if they need anything at all.

“Michelle Lizanec was a loving, big hearted woman that wholeheartedly loved her kids and would do anything for them. I feel that every little helps them at this horrific time.

“If you could just help out a little that would be amazing. Come on let show these kids some love and support at this sad time.”

John Lizanec (46), Michelle’s husband, has been charged with her murder.
