Appeal to find two men who attempted to steal a car in East Leake

Nottinghamshire Police are appealing for information and witnesses following an attempted robbery in East Leake.

The incident happened around 10.00pm on Thursday, March 21, at Meadow Park car park, off Gotham Road in East Leake.

Officers are looking for two men who attempted to steal a women's car near to the children's play area.

The first man is described as black, six foot tall, slim build,  believed to be aged between 18 to 22, wearing a black hoody and a black balaclava.

The second man is described as white, five foot six inches tall, slim build, also believed to be aged between 18 and 22 years old, wearing a dark coat and a scarf covering his mouth.

No items or vehicles were taken.
