Missing North Tyneside woman Helen Grinter found safe and well

Police have confirmed that the missing woman who was last seen in Wallsend has been found safe and well.

Helen Grinter was last seen on Tuesday evening leaving an address on The Avenue in Wallsend at around 6pm.

Police appealed to the public for help but at 8am this morning they confirmed that she had fortunately been found.
