Transport Police have launched an appeal after a pervert carried out a sex act in front of a shocked woman on a train to East Kilbride.
The disgusting incident took place on the 5.33pm service from Glasgow Central last Thursday, December 16.
A man sat directly opposite a woman and masturbated, police say.
The man is described as white, around 50-years-old, of slim build, with short brown hair.
He was wearing dark blue jeans, with a dark jacket and backpack.
Officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident to assist their enquiries.
