Appeal launched to help trace missing Kilmarnock teen

Police have launched an appeal for help from the public in tracing missing a Kilmarnock teen.

Shekira Horner, 17, was was last seen around 2.30pm on Saturday, November 16 in the Kinnoull Road area of the town.

And police believe it is possible she intended to travel to Glasgow.

Shekira is described as being 5ft 2in tall with long brown hair. When last seen she was wearing a denim dress, dark jacket and yellow scarf.

Anyone with information which could help trace her is asked to call 101, quoting incident 3869 of 17 November.

UPDATE - The Teen has been found safe and well
