Appeal launched to find missing man last seen in north Belfast

Update: Anthony has now been found safe and police have thanked the public for their help.

An appeal has been launched to find a missing man who was last seen in north Belfast.

The PSNI have issued an appeal on behalf of the family of 30-year-old Anthony Murray, who was last seen at the entrance of Cavehill Country Park on the Ballysillan Road close to the Boys Model School.

Anthony was last seen wearing a dark coloured zip-up jacket with a red and white t-shirt underneath, grey jeans and brown trainers.

A PSNI spokesperson said: "The family of Anthony Murray need your help. Anthony has gone missing and Police are concerned for his whereabouts.

"Anthony is 30 years of age and was last seen at the entrance to Cavehill Country Park on the Ballysillan Road beside Boys Model School.

"Anthony was last seen wearing a dark coloured zip up jacket with a red/white t shirt underneath, grey jeans and brown trainers.

"If anyone can assist please contact 101 and quote reference 1594 of 21/09/20."
