An appeal has been launched for mourners to bring "supercars" to the funeral of a young teen.
Tyler Murphy, 16, from Wexford, passed away following a battle with cancer.
Sadly, his younger brother Leon also died from cancer five years previously.
Family friend Amy Howlin is now appealing on Facebook for car enthusiasts to bring along their vehicles in tribute to young Tyler who loved super cars.
She wrote: "Right here it goes it is with heavy heart I am writing this and I hope people will reach out and help one of my friend's nephews has sadly passed away at the young age of 16.
"It is not the first tragedy this family has suffered. Tyler's passion was supercars, I am asking as a final farewell for this young boy that anyone that can help please show up in your cars, give him the send off he deserves, please share x".
A death notice on RIP.ie reads: "Loving grandson of Willie and Mag. Son of Annette, Sli an Uisce, brother of Derek, Mia, Lily, Mason, Daisy and the late Jasmine and Leon.
"Sadly missed by his family, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends."
Tyler will be reposing at his home, 38 Canon Murphy Park, Clonroche in Wexford.
His Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday at 11am in St. Clement's Church, Cloughbawn followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.
Family flowers only, donations, if desired, may be made to St. Gabriel's Ward in Wexford Hospital.
