Appeal for missing teenage boy who has not been seen for four days

UPDATE: At 3.20pm West Yorkshire Police announced that Jacob Daley had been found safe and well.

A 15 year old boy has gone missing from his home in Leeds.

Jacob Daley, 15, left his home in Headingley on Thursday and has not been seen since.

West Yorkshire Police said there are concerns for his welfare and issued an appeal to help find him.

A spokesperson said: "Police are appealing for information to help trace a 15-year-old boy from Leeds who has been missing since last week.

"Jacob Daley left his home in Headingley on Thursday (20/2) and has not been seen since and there are concerns for his welfare.

"He is described as black, 5ft 11ins tall, slim build, with short, afro-style hair.

"He made references to going to London but also has links to the Humberside area and east coast."

Anyone who has seen him or who has any information that could assist in tracing him is asked to contact Leeds District Safeguarding Unit via 101 quoting log 1708 of February 20 or online via www.westyorkshire.police.uk/101livechat
