Animal welfare experts are appealing for a new home for a friendly dog.
Isla is a four-year-old a Sharpei-cross currently living at Dogs Trust West Calder.
Her carers say she is a fun-loving girl who adores everyone she meets.
A spokeswoman for Dogs Trust said: “Isla enjoys a gentle fuss and will happily join you for a snuggle on the couch. She loves to be in the company of her family and would like owners who are home most of the day to help her with settling into her new home.
“Isla would like her own garden where she can burn off some energy zooming around with her squeaky ball and playing with her family. She is uncomfortable around other dogs and prefers to go for her walks in quiet areas
“Isla is housetrained and would like to be the only pet in the home. She can live with children aged 14 and over.”
If you think you think you could provide a home for Isla or any of the 50 dogs currently available for rehoming, please contact the centre on 01506 873459.
