UPDATE: Isabel has now been found and is safe.
Police are appealing for help to find a missing 89-year-old woman from Trafford.
Isabel Ann Ramsay was last seen on Grove Lane in Timperley at around 10.10am yesterday (Wednesday).
She was meant to be travelling to London to visit relatives but has not arrived, police said.
Isabel is 'frail, unsteady on her feet and can get confused'.
She is described as a white female, 5ft 2in tall, with shoulder length straight grey hair with a fringe and hazel eyes.
Officers said she 'looks younger than 89' and has a cut on her forehead.
She may have a red wheelie suitcase with her.
Alongside a picture of Isabel, GMP added on Facebook: "Officers are becoming increasingly concerned about her and want to make sure she is safe and well."
