Appeal after teenager goes missing

Police have launched an urgent appeal over the whereabouts of  a missing teenage boy from Paisley.

Officers in Paisley said they were becoming increasingly concerned for the well-being of 14-year old Callum Ross who has been reported missing since Wednesday night.

A police statement reads: “Callum Ross was last seen at accommodation in Paisley around 8.45pm.

“Despite extensive enquiries Callum, who has links to the Inverness area, has not been found yet.

“He is described as being about 5’2” in height with short brown hair. When last seen he was wearing a green jacket, grey jogging bottoms and blue and navy training shoes.”

Sergeant David Cameron is appealing for anyone who has seen Callum or has information about his current whereabouts to get in touch on 0141 532 5954.
