Appeal after body of man, 57, found in house

The body of a man has been found in his home in Southport as police appeal for his next of kin.

Alan Dunn, 57, sadly passed away on Saturday, January 1 at Devonshire Road.

An appeal has now been launched by Merseyside Police to find any relatives of Mr Dunn.

Mr Dunn's death was reported to Sefton coroner's office with no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death, but so far no relatives have been traced.

The Liverpool and Wirral coroner's office is also appealing to find the relatives of an 89 year-old man from Liverpool.

Macdonald Price was sadly found passed away at his home on Berwick Street, Old Swan, on Saturday, December 18, 2021.

There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
